As an employer, you can cover all the relocation expenses of your employee or let them pay on their own. In any case, you can invite them to the service but this page only is relevant if you are covering relocation costs.

Service Charges

Some parts of our service are free and some parts are paid. Whenever you invite someone to the service they can read our extensive Knowledge Base or subscribe for notifications and receive apartments from 100s of agencies immediately for free.

If they are already in the country, they can go for the viewing on their own but if they are still abroad, they simply can’t send an offer for the apartment without seeing the property first in person or via their representative (like Relocify). It can also be that they don’t have time to go for viewings and want someone to go on their behalf.

Whenever we go for a viewing, we film a high-quality, detailed video and gather a wealth of information about the property, and we charge for this service. After the viewing, if the person wants to send an offer, we do it on their behalf as that significantly increases their chances. If the offer got accepted, we charge for it as well. For viewings, you pay per conducted viewing and for offers, you pay only once for a successful offer and this fee includes also contract negotiation, check-in/check-out, and help with international money transfers for the first month's rent and the deposit to name a few.

We also charge for extra services that can be found and enabled/disabled on the Wallet page.

Wallet

On the wallet page, you can see your current balance and bonuses on the account, which are acquired when you purchase one of our packages. Every time we charge for the service that has been provided to your employee, we deduct the amount from the wallet and also create a list of transactions that are available on the wallet page.

You can either pay as you go, in which case the balance will go after every charge in minus and at the end of every month we will then send you an invoice for all the expenses you had that month. Look at it like the credit card, you spend for the whole month, and then for all the expenses you get charged at once. The more preferred way is topping up the account, in which case: the service cost is less, and you receive bonuses on each top-up and no monthly charges, top-up once and forget about it as long as you have the money on the balance.

Topping Up

You can top up the account with a certain amount and receive a bonus also on top of that, which you can spend the same way as your active balance.

For topping up the account please contact us, we will prepare the invoice with all the terms and information on it and send it to you. As soon as you pay the invoice the amount will appear on your Account Balance alongside your Bonuses.

You will be able to withdraw unused funds from your Account Balance at any point by emailing us, and we will transfer it to your bank account within one month.

If you run out of money on the Account Balance, we will use the available Bonuses from your account. When you run out of Bonuses, then your account balance will go below zero and we will send you an invoice for it at the end of the month.
