Retrying failed payment

If we are unable to charge your card, you will receive a notification about the failed transaction, typically found in the discussion section under the home. If the issue is related to a low balance or a similar fixable problem, you can attempt to retry the charge from your wallet.

  1. Go to https://app.relocify.nl/wallet

  2. Find the failed transaction

  3. Next to the “Failed” label, there will be a retry button, click on it
