Samsung’s battery optimization settings often prevent certain apps from running in the background or receiving push notifications. It’s possible that this battery optimization is blocking your app from receiving push notifications.

Here are some steps to potentially resolve the issue:

1. Battery Optimization Settings:
   • Go to Settings > Apps.
   • Find your app and tap on it.
   • Go to Battery > Optimize battery usage.
   • Find your app in the list and turn off optimization for it.
2. App Sleep Settings:
   • Go to Settings > Device care > Battery.
   • Tap on App power management.
   • Tap on Apps that won't be put to sleep.
   • Add your app to this list.
3. Notification Settings:
   • Go to Settings > Notifications.
   • Find your app and make sure it's allowed to send notifications.
4. Check if your app is being optimized:
   • Go to Settings > Apps.
   • Tap on your app.
   • Tap on Battery > App launch.
   • Make sure Manage automatically is turned off.
