Our web and mobile apps are identical so all the guides in this knowledge base that are app related apply to the mobile app the same way as to the web app.

Using the basic features of the app is very straightforward, to access the app, someone from Relocify needs to invite you to our app and give you the access to relocations and settings of your company. If you are reading this, you most certainly already activated your profile so in the menu, you will see:

Notifications

For your convenience, we recommend installing our mobile app which is available only for iPhones at this moment and will be released for Android phones as well in the upcoming weeks.

If you installed our mobile app, all the notifications will be sent to you as mobile/push notifications on your phone, if not you will get the same notifications to your email address. There won’t be any difference in the service, mobile app is simply easier to use.

If you have any questions about relocations, service or anything else, feel free to email us and we will reply to you within 24 hours, or you can write to us via the chat bubble in the bottom right corner of the page from where we will respond within 30 minutes in most of the cases. Some AdBlockers might hide the chat so if you don’t see it - make sure to disable the AdBlocker.
